Next steps for Renters (Reform) Bill

The Renters Reform Bill is set to be debated at its crucial Second Reading in the House of Commons on Monday 23 October 2023. 

The next parliamentary session, that begins with the King’s Speech, is due to take place on 7 November and we expect a ‘carry-over motion’ will allow the bill to be carried forward.
